Crazy Bus DriversOn New Year's eve..we had the luck of travelling on a bus no 969 which is driven by a mad bus driver who has an affection of slmming his brakes and making passengers fly all over the place.
However, this could have been much worse.....
Somewhere in sunny Pasir Ris....
Two random innocent Meridians are standing in random bus....
And then..for no reason, our driver decides to slam his brakes....
And we have a romantic ending to our random comic. =)

Photoshoppin-Extreme Makeover EditionBefore
After. Viola! Le Meridien de magnifique! (I doubt even Mr Patrik will understand my French) Ain't our mascots cute this year? =) 
My response to a tagger: See? It's highlighted! =) haha! 
Partially inspired by the tag, and partially inspired by Eric Tsang's (曾志伟) joke on 獎門人 regarding one of the contestants, I shall write a deviation based on her reply.10 reasons why you should be born short:
1.You won't die easily in battle. Cuz the tall people can't fit in the trenches.
2.You get extra attention. In case you get lost.
3.You can pay child fare even if you are over-aged.
4.You retain your youthful radience better (Girls will like this)
5.You tend to be smarter. Fact: Most great leaders e.g Harry Truman, Deng XiaoPing are short.
6.You can jump further. Tall people always fail standing broad jump.
7.You are good at floorball and hocky. Tall people would break their backs ages ago.
8.The horse loves you. Thats why the Jockey Club employs only short people to race their horses.
9.You have a higher mentabolism rate. So You are less prone to being fat.
10.Short is always powerful! =)

Some things after Chemistry Paper 1... -_-"Ah...we know Chemistry is finally GONE once and for all. No more memorising of stupid equations, complex colours,Ka Kb Kw Ksp,mechanisms, crazy hydroxycarbonyl groups and...whatever crap you can think of....So..why not go out and....play?!

So much for prelims:For those muggers who finished their prelims, congratulations! You have just one more hurdle left! A levels! Take these few days of break to "放松一下" before reality sets in again.During prelims, there were many different reactions to the papers....

Singapore's 4th University: And what is it called?After much debate and discussion, we still have not settled for a name for our fourth university. But, our muggers at meridian Junior College have come up with a brilliant name. Courtesy of MJC Multi-Purpose Co-Operative CEO Mr Han E.C. And it's not NUS, not SMU, but MUS! MERIDIAN UNIVERSITY SINGAPORE.
Note:MUS would like to apologize for our 1-minute drawn crest. No photoshop.Welcome to MUS:MUS was concepted out of a group of educationall inspired muggers who have a pity to the common mugger who is facing a heck of a difficulty trying to chiong into a university. Our current campus location is White Sands Drive 21. (By the way, White Sands in Malay or isi it Tamil?? is Pasir Ris)
Special features:All students at meriidan are provided with an Meridian I-MUG. I-MUG functions not only as a graphic calculator, but also as a personal organiser and connection to their fellow muggers and various faculties. The I-MUG can also be personalised to be installed with MP3 function to record down lectures. (Though music will be automatically blocked by our super powderful filter system).Meridian I-MUGs are also equipped with a special function called: I-STRESS. I-STRESS can be activated by students in desperate need for stress-induced motivation to mug for their tests and exams. The most common product of this function will be: Exams is just 80 days away. (Did you know A levels is just 80 days away from today?)

We all know girls no longer need to take NAPFA and all the guys don't need to think about army cuz (NS is over) but at Meridian, we care for our muggers. That's why, we've introduced a first for Singaporean Universities: I-SLIM! I-SLIM is a special programme for all students to ensuire their bodies are in tip-top condition to face( nothing else but exams!) Because fat make syou lazy (as some claim...this blog is strongly against it) so we'll drive the fat out of every mugger to ensure 100% muscle capcity. =)
Our campus also features another first for Singapore and the world. I-MUG-SPACE. This MUG-SPACE allows for the perfect environment for discussion and mugging. Currently, MUS holds the world record for the most number of mugging benches in a campus. This facility is widely enjoyed by all of our muggers.Graduates for Meridian are affectionately known as Meridian University Graduates: MUGs. The Olympics is just SO Addictive! Badminton! Volleyball! Swimming! Table Tennis! Fencing! Athletics! Gymnastics! There's just SO Much to watch! And SO little time!Last week's opening was just splendid. Despite the allegations over the 'fake voice" and 'animated fire-works" It can still be a job well done by Beijing given all the blood and sweat they put in to make this show a success. I particularly want to commend LiNing for his stellar performance while lighting the torch. According to HK press (Ming Pao) Li trained for 1 whole month for this event and often without knowledge from his wife. Which means he bore the wrath of his wife quit ea number of times for coming home super late (1am 2am...I guess any wife would do that). the fireworks at the end was also very good. And not to mention cheering for my favourite teams: Team China, Chinese Taipei, Team Singapore, Japan, and ofcourse: Team Hong Kong! Though regarded as one of the lousier teams (Because all we hope for is just a medal) But as SanSan said:香港運動員唔係垃圾.Everything is possible. So let's wish all our athletes a reat time at Beijing and let's enjoy the beauty of sport.Finally some cheers:

Best place to Mug @ Meridian
Be it rain or shine, many muggers have chosen MJ as THE place to mug due to their "unsurpassed" mugging comfort and condusive high-stress environment. To help fellow muggers make a more informed choice about their mugging destinations, we have compiled a list of mugging locations @ Meridian. 
Garden: Pros:High level of seclusion and low noise level. This place is perfect when you want to isolate yourself from the rest of the planet and indulge in the intoxicating aroma of your mugging material. Don't worry if you mug until those Panda eyes develop. there's lots of bamboo for you!=)
Cons:It is illegal to mug here because Ms Lai designated it as a place for non-mugging activities. No chairs and tables provided. And if it rains, good luck to your mugging material. =)
Atrium:
Pros:Our Atrium is easily accessible from all parts of the college as well as towards mugging supllement ammenities such as kopi,drinks and snacks.There's of coffee-vending machine for hot coffee and hot-water tap for your cup-noodles. Plenty of mugging benches available so people won't have to fight for space.
Cons:The Atrium is VERY NOISY!
Tutorial rooms:
Pros:Low noise level and plenty of privacy for muggers. Classrooms are in ample supply and most can house up to 5-6 muggers if you want lots of room for your mugging material and fresh air.
Cons:There is NO air-conditioning and the tiny windows mean that the room gets very stuffy on a hot day. So only mug here when it rains.
Behind Bio-lab:
Pros: Natural air-con=no air-con but natural cooling. Large amount of space and very few muggers like to mug here due to its inaccessibility. Try to get a group of 4-5 if you want more life. Same as the tutorial rooms, there is ample privacy and low noise level for optimum concentration.
Cons:VERY Ulu and the security guard may lock you up in school cuz he won't bother to check the area..(Even if he's paid to do that...not I say one..cleaner unlce also complain about him)
Study benches:
Pros: You are always in close proximity to our snacks n Pokka vending machines so almost no need to walk. Plenty of teachers walk by here so muggers can hijack them with questions as and when they like.
Cons: Noise level is rather high and spaces are in high-demand. there have been many cases of J2s and J1s fighting over their mugging benches.
Study benches behind Hall(Personal favourite):
Pros:Low utilisation rate so no fighting over mugging benches. Plenty of leg-room and low noise level during holidays. Close proximity to PerKafe so you can get our nice nice Italian Soda and coke(we are the sole authorized vendor for Coke at Meridian).
Cons: When there's soccer match, you won't wana mug here.
Inside Perkafe(For authorized personel only): As mentioned above, this service is only available with authorized permission from CEO,AMD and OI. In this case, biz clubbers, go contact Denise or Desmon then beg them to open cafe for you.
Pros:Aircon! and maximum seclusion and low noise level.
Cons:If Mrs Chong catches you, hehe..you die! So do it if you dare!
