What I want to say is: A very big THANKYOU to all teachers who have helped me in one way or another, especially those who came to rescue our class's grades. We really appreciate your help. I would also like to extend my grattitude to Mrs Lee,the Chinese HOD, who took time to re-mark our compo. We hope you liked the mug we gave you.(on behalf of all AG2 people). Ofcourse, not forgetting our CHEEmistry teachers,Mr Tan,Mrs Tan and Mrs Chee for helping us so much.(Mrs Chee....dun get fat hor....dun worry, we will buy you more candy de...XP) Our form,Mdm Ong. Thankyou for tolerating our "inhuman"behaviour. Hope you liked us flooding your phone with greetings! =) 40 messages in total, nice rite? Yes, 4B is a "nice" class XP...Last but not least, I would like to thank ALL TK COUNCILORS. You have done a wonderful job. A marked improvement from the chaos of last year. Keep up the good work! =)

Prelims are here!!!And they started out with a bang, literally. Our English paper was just SUPER difficult. It was like almost as soon as the paper started, you could hear people cursing at the script! "shit shit shit shit shit....F*** F***F***.."I think I'd better pray hard I write error free setences, I've practiced many times with regards to grammer and I hope my efforts do not go to waste. After the paper, Jingxuan, Junying and me went to find Mrs Quek for physics tuition. But Mrs Quek was having Sexuality education with the sec3s...haiz...so we waited for like very long before she came. The waiting was...well..wierd. Cuz we were like seated outside the library with the rain almost splashing into us. We kinda evacuated into the library when the rain got too heavy. The tuition was great, it cleared some of my doubts...yes some only, I will find her later to ask her more questions...(sorry hor Mrs Quek,I only need to bug u until november...can tahan de! XP haha! =)

I had this very weird dream last night involving prelims..and councilors...weird huh?...hmmmmIt was like this:(words in Brackets represent my thoughts after the dream)There was like this group of councilors( I forgot who, but I think i dreamt of Khiapeng,Lenny,Tina,Daphne,Jiamin,Jonathan and...some more people la...) Then we were like cayaking upstream along this river in some foreign country(NewZealand I think...) Then there was alot of rapids(geog) and there was this resistor in the middle of the river(???crazy...)...Then duno how we got pasted it(amazing..), we then met up with a Logic gate(Physics). Then I forgot all about the gates and I was required to use some sort of logic to solve it,as in like the 111,010,101,000...and everyone was like cursing me for not being able to find the logic(duno wat toking me...logic gates very cheem) Then we came to this upper-course of the river where I saw Mr Singh standing on this rock in the middle of the river, threatening to give me a D7 for my CCA record if I capsized.(CCA..F*** Mdm Y**) Then we reached this waterfall when the current of the river changed form Direct Current to Alternating Current( Physics...A.C & D.C!!!A.C generator!!D.C Circuit!! AHHH!!) Forgot how it felt like.I think it was like whizzing round and round like mad. Then suddenly, there was a tsunami (crazy right? tsunami on upper course of river..)and it washed all of us into the plunge pool(geog agan...haizzz) We were swirled until we arrived at thie wierd place. With lots of chemicals( i think it was our school chem lab...honestly) And Mrs Chee was there, and she was like" You better titrate your potassium mangante properly ar...or I make you drink one whole burette of it ar..."Then it turned out that I had to drink KMNO4 anyway as somebody( somebody lar..forgot who) toppled the burette and it went straight into my mouth and I drank it. I screamed like insane..Then I just shot up, only to find myself sleeping on my English notes..( I was studying English)Seriously...it's scary....dun try to think about it or dream about it....=(

We wore our class Tee oficially for the 1st time! And we had many heads turning. First thing in the morning, I met SeowPEng at the gate and she was like" yi? wat shirt is dat? class tee ar?" Then during A Math lessons, Mdm Halilah was like" wah...4B u all ar? all wear black ar? Class tee ar?" Haha...anyway, today's A Math lecture was quite frustrating. Reasons because, all of us were having lack of sleep due to nightmares related to O levels andthe person who wrote out the solutions on the transparency had a HORRENDOUS handwriting. ( Note: Not mdm Halilah, her hand writing is much better than that...trust me..)

During our 1hr30min break before chem, we actually got enough time to go LionCity to eat, so we went to buy loads of makan stuff and eat and crap..cool rite? Then we listen to Changling recount her experince of yesterday's killer physics mock test. To be exact, she was not the only one "killed' la, all of us finished the paper more than 1 hour in advance. Why? We don't know alot of questions so we left them all blank. Since we have nothing to do for 1 hour, what should we do? Changling's solution? Bastard to UGs training outside! Every Friday when we have tests, we will have to endure their"Left Right! Left Right!!" Which was damn bloody annoying.

Yesterday we had Guides training outside, which was rather suay for them. Whenever they said a command ,or a word to be exact, we would"shhHHH!!!!!" or cluck loudly. Seriously it was a bit bad on our part cuz the guides are not the people who have disturbed us for all the while. Haiz, how ungentlemen, go and bastard girls.Wait....it was Changling who initiated it right? Girl bastarding girl very common wad. Which means...I'm innocent! Haha!
Chemistry class...

All reagent bottles of the same type of label...cool rite?

Getting back our class tests...I got an A2!!!!! How depressing!!

We had our Class Tee!!!

our mascot...

ACES Day Practice:
"WE WILL WE WILL ROCK U! HOOO!~ ROCK U! HOO~!"
And do you know what that sound reminds you of? Hard Gay Japan?
Ok Ok..I should'nt be so bad la....but our ACES day instructor was really feminine. He actually made us say the "HOO!~'s and OU!~'s which was...gay?...but very hilarious. After long hours of studying, anything that is not related to it will seem fun to us...even "excercising"!
Ok, on a serious note, this instructor is seriously quite good. Probably almost as good as the councilors of 2003. Infact, it you were to compare him with Mr Singh last year, he's sooo much better. The music rocked totally,it only had 3 parts and the pacing and beat was very fast. The tune was great, especially the remix. The moves were easy cuz there was only a few simple steps that repeated over and over again. No bowing and jumping jacks this year! Phew!

Whenever a major disaster be it natural or man-made happens, people have many different responses. Of these, many will say: " It's the work of the devil" or"Oh God.." or worse," I thought god loved us?" These 3 phrases invlolve one person: God.
Are all these disasters really god's responsibility? Is god punishing us? Not really. As we have been taught, God loves us. And he still loves us. But why is misfortune striking us?
Many people today seem to disregard God and seem to pay more respect to the ghosts. Take Seventh month for example. Many people do all sorts of things and even spend vast sunms of money to satisfy the spirits. However, have they spent that equal amount of money or sincerity to God? Have they taken the initiative to thank God for all his blessings? Let's leave it to them to answer.
However, my observation is, many people nowadays take God for granted. Some are worse. They walk away from God and yet still expect him to protect them. Ofcourse, God will not do bad to these people because he loves us. However, have you ever wondered how far can God go to love everyone. Does he have his limitations? No one Knows for sure. However, there are indeed limitaions to his wrath of blessings.
When a disaster strikes some people blame God for their misfortune. However, have they wondered: have they forgotten who god was? Have they totally left behind his teachings and love?
Well, for all I know, God can't protect everyone on earth. Many things have limitations. Whenever misfortune strikes, it is never "tian yi" as some people say. Reflect about what you have done and reflect about what kind of person you are before pointing fingers.
Don't be like some people who put the blame on everyone else but themselves. Yet they do not know that it is they themsleves who is fully,or partly responsible.
Even if you can't find any fault in you, there are always reasons to everything. Is he trying to make you learn something? Or is he trying to spur and push you to greater heights through misfortune? Whatever the cause, never point fingers at anyone whenever disaster strikes. Even a human soul. It may well have been in your hands.

May your life be bright and colourful,

O level EL oral exams
What a relief it was. Apparently the theme for today was understandable, except for the last conversation question. It was about, erm, fashion and modelling perhaps? And our examiners were quite funny. Our staion had one fat and one small woman. Seriously, it reminded me of the humorous "campus DJs" from the show"Sunshine Heartbeat"
Anyway, the reading part was rather fine as then words were rather easy to pronounce. And it was easy to get the expression. So far, i doubt I made any careless mistakes but I think there could have been 1 or 2 that went unoticed. So lets give it a merit.
The picture description was the wierdest. I was surprisingly un-cut throughout! They did'nt cut me at all! This is really worrying because it means that I am either very GOOD or very BAD. Good because I don't need prompts but bad because, they could have found me hopeless then let me screw up the thing.
That went the same for conversation. Not a single prompt. I even paused for a second to wait for a prompt. Which did'nt come, and I crapped on. The scariest thing was when they asked me about "What is the fashion scene today?" (something lidat, i 4got the original qn) I was dumbfounded! Aparently I did'nt bother to check out what's in for a long time! So I blbbered about how fashion is influenced by pop stars and how sex is incorperated in it. Yes I mentioned that word. Oops!
Speaking of Oops! Shuhuan wa really funny today. She told us that she was, erm, cock-eyed? and she skipped a line when reading. What she said to the examiner was amazing. "Oops! sorry.." Then she continued reading. It was really funny the way she said it and I hope the examiners share the same feelings.
Anyway, lets hope that everyone gets their distinctions for their orals. It's a great chance to get our As. Cheers! =P

The moment of truth came. And it was ugly. I got a B3!! I could not believe it. It was like i worked so hard and what I got was a stupid B3. Getting an A2 is already equivilant to a failing. Imagine a B3! Anyway, many people in my class did not get what they expected including my friends. This was especially saddening when almost 46% of the school, 103 people got a distinction. Worst of all, those who ahve done well for Chinese did not get their As. But those who continuously did not do well "magically' got their As!! And I was like"WHAT THE.." Since when did they put in effort?
However, I also got to see the warmth and comapssion of man within the few hours after the release of results. Many of my friends regardless of whether they are HCL or have gotten an A gave me lots of encouragement. Adn I really owe alot to them. Sometimes, they may be always "bothering??" me everyday (e.g Shuhuan...haha!) but they really have a great heart...thanx so much! Yes. There is a second chance. Why weep over it? As long as one has tried hard, there is always hope. Plus, this experience of utter failure may not be a bad thing after all. It's probably a final wake-up call for me to work even harder. Indeed, I think I can put in more effort in my studies.
lst but not least, I wish to thank all the wonderul people who have given me all the well wishes and encouragemnt. Including Miss Sri, thanx! XP And finally, I'd better reduce more fun time now. Gota go mug now! All the best wishes..=)

The following is a message posted by a HongKong teen at a message board. I found it quite meaningful and translated and summarized it.

Hong Kong Treasures (translated)
The passing KMB bus created a gaint wave that splashed against the glass window of the SevenEleven store. Rain bombarded the window like bullets. As the time passed, I stared out at the rain and enjoyed the instant SiewMai from the microwave.
The digital bell tone signaled the arrival of a customer and surprisingly, she was my not very long lost cousin,Mandy.
"Eh Mandy ar!"
"Wah...what a small world this is!"
Aparently Mandy has just returned from a charity activity from"Nanyang" The unknown land at the South. As we chatted and ate SiewMai, she shared her experiences of Nanyang life. Som how, life in Nanyang was not as great as many HongKongers thought. Although Nanyang did enjoy more sunshine and fair weather than HongKong, they however lacked many things we take for granted.
In HongKong, many people complain that they lack "freedom of speech" and "quality" life. Yet, they would never think about the many other people around the world who are unable to enjoy a single bit of "freedom" Just like what a Nanyang citizen Mandy interviewed," Government increase our tax ofcourse got reason de..even though they never expalin we must understand de..."
The experiences of Mandy really got me thinking.
This is really miles away from what HongKong people regard as basic human rights. Yet these people are able to put up with it. Imagine what would happen if a HongKonger were to live in that country. He/She would probably say," Wat! How can they strip us of all our rights?!? PROTEST!!"
Yup, that's what HongKong People always say nowadys. They complain. They complain about any slight increase in taxes, bus fares, fodd prices,e.t.c.. For instance, many HongKongers are complaining about the introduction of GST . Yet, they do not know that many countries from all over the world have this form of tax and some countries, like the one Mandy visited increases their GST every year. Imagine what a typical HongKonger would react in such a situation? Scream? Shout? Protest? Riot??
As the both of us mucnched the last bits of SiewMai, questions flowed into our brains," Is this really the kind of people we are? Are we really taking all we have for granted? Are we complaining too much without thinking twice?"
"Yup, that's life. We complain, we moan and we don't know why we even do it in the first place.."Mandy suddenly said.
She was right.

Last words:
To ALL HongKongers. Please think twice before you complain. Think about how much you enjoy and how much you have taken. Don't take everything you have for granted, even if it is a humble SiewMai or an air conditioned KMB bus or the rights to have freedom of speech. Treasure what you have presently and only ask for more when it is practical or reasonable. Enjoy what HongKong has to offer...cheers! XP

Today is Angelia & Hanif's birthday .Happy Birthday!! Hanif's birthday presents were the most interesting. Espeically this erm...disgustin? doll Matt gave him. It was a doll of this woman wearing only her erm...underwear? And the underwears can be easily taken off.It was disposable. So as you can expect, what would happen when us guys come across such "items". Yes! We did somthing rather obscene with it. Someone, I think it was Issac took of the lower piece and showed it to everyone, which sent a pandemonium throughout the class. Then ZhiPeng went to staple that "piece" of clothing on the class noticeboard. Then he tore it off again afraid mdm Ong will scold when she come to class. Then came the best part.
Someone asked ZhiPeng to wear it. And he said" so small la.." But somehow, Henry fit into it!! He wore it outside his pants ofcourse. Then we walked gaily out onto the corridor and showed the world how "hot" he was. All of us were like paralized with laughter!! IT was like an epidemic.
Then Issac put the underwear on the speaker abouve the whiteboard just before Mdm Ong came to class. At first many of us did'nt notice it, then PZ started giggling then Shuhuan. Then the whole class erupted into laughter again....and Mdm Ong gave us this wierd look. She did'nt know what struck us until she noticed it, but she did'nt seem to care. Haiz...why end such a good story like that?
