Started the day with the stupid mass dances again. I ponned it only to get caught by Terrance. So I ended up going. The dances was'nt too bad, but given my lack of energy, nothing appealed to my palet anyway.
Then went to help out for the Biz club booth and Perkafe. started with cleaning up and preparations for the booths. We also went to repair the curtains which were in a very sorry state. Had to climb up some very shakey tall-chairs to reach the ceiling to re-install the curtains. And I'm really glad to climb out of it alive and without any broken bones..XD
HSC Visit
Then came today's highlight: A trip to Hai Sing Catholic Sec, SiuYin's School.
SiuYin had helped us booked some huge ice-boxes from her CCA teacher and we were given only ONE hour to fly to HSC and back with the ice-boxes. Our journey began with calling Mrs Chong to seek permission cuz EC specifically told us to inform teachers or risk getting killed by the school authorities. Then still had to call the Open House committee to let them pend our requests. Took them quite a while to settle our case and we wasted lots of precious time.
Then left school on the dot at 12, meeting JianXin at the MJ bus stop. Crapped with him for a while about his coffee and something else ehich is not convenient to be published. When we reached HSC, school was yet to be released and the teacher was not free. So the 3 of us ( Who else...de 3 OI buggers la..XD) were given permission to go to their G.O to get the keys to the SJAB room, which is where the ice boxes are stored. Hmmx...aparently SiuYin must be one of those Quai Kias who are always trusted. So we started roaming around the school in search of the room...which is somewhere in the basement.

This visit to HSC changed my perception of the school. I used to think that HSC is a math crazy school with lots of people with mathematical brains. Last time I never passed a HSC A Math Prelim Paper. Now i also found out that school is actually quit old..literally with lots of history on its walls..and basements( which are supposed to be haunted) Anyway, HSC is HUGE...compared to TK..TK never has any basements anyway...We only had a haunted D classroom and a haunted hall.
Anyway, we were given the keys to a paticular basement somewhere in the compound, so we took some time to find it. Then we found out that the doors actually had 3 layers. the outer layer, the middle gate and a shutter. The middle gate proved to be the most difficult to open as it was no suppoesed to be locked but it was really dificult to open. we tried many ways to free the door and SiuYin even went to the G.O to seek for assistance...which were equally bamboozled to why we could'nt open the gate. Then we got one of the students to help us. And surprisingly, the door simply opened when she pushed it. Maybe the ghost not happy we going there to take ice-box la...haha...
Then after that "interesting excursion" experience at HSC, we were left with 15 mins to fly back to MJ. and we made it just in time to avoid punishment..thank god!
