Visiting again =)
This time I went to my Chinese..err..ok..she taught me alot of things...caligraphy,chinese and drawing teacher's place. And it's at Bukit Batok (yes VERY far). So sorry to the people I had to pungseh today =).We had a buffet dinner, and kinda got to socialise with the kids...(ok..some of them are not..but most are XD)Met another person from VJ,(same batch as WeiFang and I forgot your name... sorry!) and we taught the rest how to...Bridge! and Viwawa! =) So that when they go JC, they'll have a head-start in bridging =) See how nice are we?Then kinda corrupted the rest of them cuz I was one of the more 'senior' kid there about JC life. Which...is..quite true..and most people in Meridian would agree with me. Remember the horrors of SPA? haha! Anyway, it'll be really nice to talk to them again..plus play bridge(yay!). It was really fun =DHow a 3 course meal can describe our life:人生三碟菜:
Starters:Question: what is the usual taste of starter dishes?Answer: Usually Sour or salty and in the case of soup, hot.Such tastes are the best at kick-starting our appetite because it excites our senses. This is just like our schooling years. We get whacked ( to do well in exams) and protected (from reality). Without it, we won;t be able to survive in this society. This also explains why a meal is never proper without starting with some soup or salad or pickels.
Main Course:Question:what do you eat first? Burger or fries?Answer: Depends on your preference. This explanation will deal with the majority (based on HK study) who like fries more than burgers. If you choose to eat fries last, good for you. This explains you are cautious with your resources and you will save the best for your retirement. If you eat fries first, good for you as well! Because fries turn soggy after a while. This shows you are an opportunist and you grab every available opportunity. So there's no right or wrong answer afterall. =)
Dessert:Question: Why do we eat dessert last?Answer: To keep sweet memories! When we age, we forget things. And ofcourse we will want to remember the good things right? Desserts will end off a meal on a sweet note and make sure you remember the nicest part of your meal. Same thing when we retire. =) Happy aging! =DProduction notes:Locations used: St John's College HKU, Macs near Lockhart Road ,Hui Lau San branch near Langham Place. All locations are in Hong Kong.
