PSLE:Congratulations to St Hilda's Primary for producing our national PSLE scorer for the second time! (People in East zone should be happy about this..) and her score is 294!(Our batch was 26? or 27?) Never in my wildest dreams can I imagine PSLE results being so good. Especially when the freaking maths paper needs the use of a GC(my own exaggeration) and a few algebraic formulas(a fact: you NEED algebra for heaven's sake). Oh well, maybe Singaporeans are getting smarter. Like last time everyone took the standard Mother tongue paper. Now, Higher Mother tongue is the norm. And last time, we learned A math in Sec3. Now, kiasu principals make kids learn A math from sec2.Olympics:Singapore's bidding to host the Youth Olympics in 2010. And we are only lagging behind Moscow in overall performance. So we'd better get ready and start writing some "vision-vision" kind of song for 2010.Like this one for 2008: (I'm sooo glad Hackan Lee gets to sing a few lines XD..and for the first time, CCP never include any communist messages...)
